Having undergone a complete refurbishment in 2021, this upside-down house offers a homely spacious feel. Upstairs, you will find an open plan living space housing a high-quality kitchen area with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, large dining table to seat 8 and a cosy sitting space with 3 comfortable sofas. One of the sofas pulls out as a comfortable sofa-bed. This room is finished off with vaulted beamed ceilings, a wood floor, and bi-fold doors opening out on to a south -facing private decked area.

Downstairs you have the benefit of 2 large bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms (both with underfloor heating, baths, walk-in showers and hotel grade fixtures). There is also a useful utility area with a rear external door leading to an area suitable for storing bikes or large items of outdoor equipment.

The house is tastefully furnished and has numerous modern comforts to enhance your stay including high speed WiFi, a flat screen smart TV, an Alexa, coffee machine, electric BBQ, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
